Customers rarely describe the perfect solution, but they constantly reveal the problem through their behavior. Observe how they use existing products. Where do they hesitate? What workarounds have they created? Those observations often become the best design opportunities.
7. Know When to Stop
There is a point where additional refinement produces little additional value. Experienced developers recognize diminishing returns and focus on delivering the best overall solution instead of the most complicated one.
